I’m a Louisiana based choreographer, performer and teacher. With a BFA in dance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, I have had the honor of having my work featured throughout the southern United States. Often incorporating a historical element to my work, I blend elements from numerous styles to create my work. When teaching I find it important to prioritizing the connection between anatomy and technique rather than merely making a shape. My goal with dance is to generate understanding between the performers and audience. People dance to be understood and people watch dance to understand.
